Patient has undergone surgery for spinal stenosis (LCS) in the past, but the symptoms have since recurred. Currently, the patient experiences pain in the lower back and strong numbness in both legs, affecting movements in daily life. Patient is hoping to undergo a day treatment if possible.

Diagnostic Imaging Results

Chief Complaint:
Pain and numbness from the lower back to the sciatic nerve region. Symptoms have been persisting since 2013.

Diagnosis:
Intervertebral disc degeneration, lumbar disc herniation, and spinal stenosis (LCS) merged with spondylosis detected at L2/3 L3/4 L4/5 L5/S disc levels.

Considered to be suitable for the DST (Discseel™) Treatment with an efficacy rate of about 73-80%.
