Male Patient in His 50's
The patient experienced acute back pain for the first time while playing golf. Later he started feeling pain and numbness in his left hip and leg which caused Intermittent claudication and made walking difficult for him. After being diagnosed with spinal stenosis he even considered undergoing surgery but decided to try an outpatient non-operative treatment if possible.
Diagnostic Imaging Results
Sciatic nerve pain and numbness on the left side in the hip and leg for about 10 years.
L2 / 3, L3 / 4, L4 / 5, L5 / S1 disc degeneration / disc herniation and lumbar canal stenosis observed.
