Chief Complaint:
Sciatic and groin pain and numbness on the right side since December 2020

Diagnosis:
Disc degeneration/ herniation and lumbar canal stenosis detected at the L2 / 3, L3 / 4, L4 / L5, L5/S1 disc levels.

DST is indicated as the treatment method for the intervertebral disc herniation.
